Cancellation & Rescheduling

If the need to cancel your session occurs, please do so by contacting me at least 48 hours prior to your session. All sessions will only be allowed to be rescheduled once. Rescheduling outside of the 48-hour window will result in a $30 non-refundable rescheduling fee.

Late Fee

A $25 late fee will be applied to your remaining balance if you are between 20-30 minutes late. Being over 30 minutes will result in your session being canceled and a forfeit of your deposit.

Being on time is very important to be able to receive your full session. To be able to receive your full session on time you must be on time and  fully dressed.

Turn Around Time

For all sessions, the ​turnaround time will be 7-10 days. 

Any sessions booked and you need your photos faster than 7-10 days, a $50 rush fee is also an option. This will guarantee your photos in 3-5 days.

I recomend booking your session two weeks in advance to ensure the arrival of your photos on time.

Traveling Fee

 50 round trip miles of travel are included in every session. Any session over 50 miles are required to pay a travel fee. Clients only pay for mileage outside of the 50 miles included in their session. I charge $0.50/mile.

For example if the session is 120 miles from my studio and back, the client pays for 70 miles (120-50) at $0.50/mile ($35).


A session that includes props, the following are provided by me. Balloons, crowns, sashes, prop cakes, gift bags, gift boxes, fake flowers and confetti canons. If you would like to use any other specific prop please notify me when completing your booking form. 


A $50 deposit is required to book all sessions. The remaining balance will be due the day of your scheduled session.
